The International Coaching Community framework is unlike most other coach accreditation programs. Not just certifying to a standard, but importantly with a single syllabus worldwide. This means that all 14 000 + ICC Coaches ‘speak the same language’, providing organisations with consistency of delivery and methodology across the business. The ICC certification meets the requirement to be submitted as coach-specific training for the ICF Portfolio Path.
