Most Business Problems Are People Problems…

In today’s age we see the executive C-Suite changing and rising to the top with new roles such as ‘Chief People Officer’ or ‘Chief Talent Officer’. A great move when we consider the fact that most business problems are people problems – particularly in the service industries – so if HR can adopt a more innovative and strategic role, it can have a positive multiplier effect. An excellent lens in which to view HR business partnering in action.
